12.20.09 An Endless Summer stopped in today from Tupper Plains to track some of their new material. Josh Antonuccio was on hand working with this foursome. Keep your eyes open for upcoming local shows.

12.16.09 Veteran Athens musician Elliot Abrams is in working with Josh Antonuccio on some new material. Elliot is best known for his work with Bob Stewart. Jarts' drummer Bryan Gibson will be in to record drums on one Elliot's older songs "The Storm".

12.8.09 Ohio musician Charles Lee is recording at 3 Elliott Studio this week with engineer Scott Danielson. Watch for a release in 2010.

12.3.09 Jake Householder will be working on a new worship album for Central Ave. United Methodist Church this week. Local folk heroes such as Bruce Dalzell will be on hand as well as Athens' mainstays Geoff Osterland and others. Tracking will take place in the church itself for the next week and mixing will commence shortly after

11.23.09 Goshen, IN band Wilson's Reservoir is working with producer/engineer Josh Antonuccio. Ben Wilson is an extraordinary songwriter, melding together the best of Springsteen at this most introspective and the likes of indie-folk heroes David Bazan and Bon Iver. Look for a release in 2010.

11.10.09 EQ Entertainment artists Davey Jones and Tezz were in with Josh Antonuccio for a few sessions, getting vocals down for two for tow of their new tracks. Be sure to catch them at some upcoming shows.

11.1.09 Attila Horvath of Wooly Lemons and Akimbo fame has been at 3 Elliott Studio tracking vocals and mixing his newest collection of material. Fraught with his trademark knack for great riffs and catchy hooks, this batch of songs ranks as some of his best.

10.18.09 Releases galore in October from 3 Elliott Studio!
Emily Rodgers new album "Bright Day" was released on Misra Records. This album is nothing short of a brilliant display of Emily's introspective and shadowy style of writing. Producer and engineer Josh Antonuccio worked on this album alongside of Kramer (Galaxie 500, Daniel Johnston, Sonic Youth, Sun Ra), who mixed and mastered the record. It has been getting fabulous reviews and you should catch Emily on her upcoming East Coast tour.
Joey Hebdo released the wonderful album "Prosciutto" which was produced and engineered by Josh Antonuccio. He has since held two release shows, one in Athens and another in Columbus. You can pick this up locally at Donkey or online at CD Baby.
Athens' stalwarts She Bears put out their second album "Found Myself Asleep" and had a mind-blowing set for their release show. This new album was produced and engineered by Josh Antonuccio and has been getting wide swaths of praise from fans and reviewers alike. Be sure to catch them live sometime soon.

9.05.09 Producer/Engineer Chris Weibel spent the last week in August recording drums with former Billy Joel drummer of 30 years, Liberty DeVitto. The five days of sessions were tracked for an upcoming album being produced by Chris Weibel for artist Jimmy Lee Hook. Local great Sam Hudnell was on board as well for some terrific bass work.

9.3.09 Producer/engineer Josh Antonuccio is excited to work with the uber-talented Rob Powell on his long-awaited solo record. Rob will be starting a three-day session in the first part of the month and will complete tracking through the Fall. For all of Rob's many fans, this album has been met with anticipation.

8.20.09 Engineer Pat Balding had a special recording session with the St. Xavier Marching Band. Setting up in the backyard of the studio, Pat recorded this Cincinnati based marching band during a sweltering afternoon. The neighbors certainly enjoyed that session!

8.07.09 She Bears has now completed their album and Chris Graham will mastering for them. Release is set for the Fall. Keep your eyes open for this highly infectious release of eccentric pop songs.

8.05.09 Engineer Mark Speer is working with musician and songwriter Jim Speer this week. Yes, they're related! New songs are afoot and look for more from this artful duo.

7.28.09 Engineer Scott Danielson brought in a group of jazz musicians for the upcoming Passionworks documentary due out soon. Passionworks is a phenomenal organization in Athens which supports collaborations between artists with and without developmental disabilities.
